Maybe it's overkill, but I'm REALLY stuck on Ms. Norton right now. The hilarity is only increasing for me...here are FFF's comments after she heard it:

i like the idea that this old woman will go to the salon on the appointed day and they'll be all "ma'am, we have no idea what you're talking about. there's no appointment on our books. cheryl has an hour free, though." and cheryl is the girl she didn't want.

I have a very astute family.
